For juvenile group 6-10, juvenile group 11-17, adult group 18-75,
Juvenile group (6-10) martial arts basic quality exercises include: psychological strengthening, flexibility, strength, endurance, boxing, and movement coordination. Basic common sense of self-defense.

The adult group (18-70) self-defense basic quality exercises include: psychological strengthening, flexibility, strength, endurance, boxing, and movement coordination. Common sense of self-defense, the use of techniques, and practical training in various responses.
The training class is divided into three levels:
Master basic skills, physical fitness, intelligence, and technical practice in the primary stage. (Six months / 54 hours)
In the intermediate stage, master basic skills, strengthen physical fitness, and improve self-defense ability. (Six months/100 hours)
At the advanced stage, master comprehensive exercises, good physical fitness, and self-defense fighting skills. (365 hours in twelve months).
